Our company has been manufacturing flexible plastic ventilation ducts (called also ventubes), both forcing and exhaust ones, since 1984. We also manufacture other accessories related to ventilation, e.g. storage ventubes, T-connections, reducers, swivel dampers etc. Moreover, we are involved in designing and construction of machines and equipment related to manufacturing of flexible ventilation ducts.

All our products have been developed by us and they are based on our own design. The technical fabric, two-side PVC coated, from which these products are manufactured by hot-air welding, features very high breaking and tearing strength, has an oxygen ratio above 27% and the surface resistance below 3x108.
This fabric does not give off any caustic and toxic substances, it is resistant to ageing, wear, oils and most of solvent vapours. These properties enable the use of our ducts not only in underground mining plants, where explosions and fire hazards happens very often, but also during construction of tunnels, in shipyards, woodworking and paint shops, steelworks, chemical plants etc. The ducts with low resistance to flow may also be used for ventilation, dust extraction, mass transport, transport of air heated up to 65°C and air conditioning.
The use of our products, which may be easily regenerated, substantially decreases the ventilation cost by reducing the necessity of buying new pipe sections, guaranteeing pressure strength and tightness parameters similar to predicted for new ventubes. The regeneration extends our products’ life to even more than 10 years.

Forcing ventilation ducts are used mainly in underground mining plants to ventilate blind drifts. They are also used in construction and tunnelling of road and railway tunnels as well as in other sectors of industry, as ventilation ducts used to force the air to buildings, shops, tents etc.
We manufacture ventilation ducts ranging between 100 mm and 2400 mm in diameter. At individual customer’s request we are ready to manufacture larger diameters and any duct length, depending on the needs.

The exhaust ventilation ducts are used in all places, where it is necessary to exhaust air, toxic gases, dusts and other industrial pollutants. In particular, the need for such ventilation occurs in the mining practice, at galleries driving by means of heading machines. For this type of ventilation we manufacture plastic exhaust ventubes strengthened with a spiral wire. The type of ventube strengthening (wire diameter, spiral lead) is selected depending on the strength needs related to the booster fan depression. We manufacture exhaust ventubes using a spring wire of diameters varying between 2 mm and 7.50 mm depending on the ventube size. The spring wire is fixed on the sleeve also using the method of hot-air welding. The maximum strength of exhaust ducts made by us amounts to 8000 Pa in class C.

Taking into account users needs, inter alia in the field of dust control, we have included in our offer a wide range of diameters selection, from 200 mm to 1400 mm.
A standard length of exhaust ventube is 5 metres. However, at a special request of our customer we are ready to make any section of such duct, from 0.5 metre to as long as 20 metres.
Exhaust ventubes sections, “slightly reinforced” of 150 mm wire lead (class 0) are used also to construct forcing air ducts as “elbows” mounted with any radius of curvature.
The principle of exhaust ducts suspension and connection is similar to solutions used in forcing ducts.

Our offer comprises also ventilation ducts for instalations in deep shafts using identical technique, i.e. hot-air welding. Ducts – shaft ventubes may be used both for forced and exhaust ventilation depending on momentary needs. The only visible difference in such ventubes is the fact of applying, apart from standard hangers, also wire ropes situated on two opposite sides of the duct. They facilitate installation of ventubes in the shaft and constitute an additional component of straight-line suspension of the ventube, 5 (five) metres is a standard section of shaft ventube. We also use shaft ventubes for the screw-clamp joints.
For air ducts construction we offer such components as reducers, T-connections, storage ventubes, flow adjustable gates etc.

We manufacture T-connections and reducers for both exhaust and forced ventilation. We manufacture T-connections and reducers for exhaust ventilation according to classes used for exhaust ventubes (depending on the air duct working negative pressure). T-connections used in the forced ventilation are manufactured in a “slightly reinforced” version. We can make T-connections and reducers in any length and diameter. In addition, T-connections may be equipped with metal valves used to control the air flow.
Storage ventubes have been designed to improve the operation of ventilation in mining works driven by heading machines, so as to in a collision free way maintain the ventilation of faces with their quick progress. It consists a metal storage bin with a cartridge together, on which a 50 m long forcing ventube is situated, and of an outlet air diffuser. The outlet diffuser is adapted to installation on standard or special ventubes, such as: vortical or perforated.

Casings of actuators’ sliding surfaces are made entirely by hot-air welding in a wire-reinforced version, non-reinforced version and non-reinforced – unfastened version (laced on a side) – handy for installation. Our casings are made of certified two-side PVC coated fabric meeting the requirements of operation in mining plant workings. The use of our casings is especially economically justified in the case of using new or repaired props. This substantially increases their life and reduces the failure frequency.
Stoppings are used for tight closing of galleries in underground mining plants in the case of occurrence of various hazards or change of the ventilation quality.
Barrage balloons made of fabric may be used as a temporary method for stopping water and other media in the case of a failure or repairs occurring in ventilation as well as water ducts.
Containers may be filled with e.g. concrete and are used in construction of stoppings, reinforcements, pillars etc.
